However, in your current quest, you may want to apply logical reasoning to their approach. Don’t blindly say yes to their every whim because you are fired up about what they stand for. Question it. Their intentions may be good, but their intentions may not be manifesting into healthy action. In fact, when you really dissect the manner in which they are leading everyone in a direction of their own desire, you will start to see how twisted the objective can become. I’m giving you a little love on this Valentine’s Weekend. This is a strange celebration - right?!? Love is mysterious, hard to grasp and can be illusive. Even when it’s flourishing in our lives, do we really understand it? What we understand, most of all, is how it makes us feel to be loved - though for many of us this feeling is different. Euphoric, warm, exhilarated, cradled, supported and even overwhelmed for just a list of adjectives to describe it. And love can sneak in on you in so many forms. This weekend, I hope you take the time to relish the moments in which you feel love. Whether it’s coming from friends, family, co-workers, partners, pets or self. Notice it and take the time to allow for it to cleanse your spirit. Then, double down - how can you foster that love - help it to grow and expand? You deserve it. And then, all I ask is that you share it with another in return.

This week we will be facing some inner demons - the kind that keep us up all night with worry and make us shake in fear of what is to come. The kind that fill us with dread - the kind of our own making. Sometimes the inner turmoil we experience is something we invite in and let fester until it overtakes us. If you are experiencing the undeniable overwhelm of anxiety and torment, it may be time to do a whole lot of soul searching. Instead of lashing out and blaming others, look within and take note of what is within your control and what isn’t. Also, it’s a good idea for you to see your most damaging thoughts for what they are - self harm. You have the power to banish these demons because it it you who are holding them so close to your heart. Release those thoughts and watch them fall away. You are almost at the end of this turmoil, but only you hold the key to unclogging your mind and purifying your spirit. It’s hard work this week, but I think we are up to the challenge!

Too many options on your plate? Feeling emotionally jolted at the thought of having to make a decision? Don’t do anything - let your choices fall away. WHAT?!? And it certainly isn’t worth the dread of the “what if” - what if you make the wrong decision?
