Card of the Day
The Three Of Wands…
This week, you must rise above it all in order to see the full perspective, because the possibilities are wider than you have ever imagined. Let your creative ideas unfurl all around you as you see the limitless wonder of the distant sunrise. With those juicy objectives, ensnare those who encircle you and allow them to become overtaken by your personal intention. You may not yet know which way to direct your aim, but this week is not for doing, but dreaming. It is the pivotal moment before you plunge in and set sail. Free your mind and open your heart up to the horizon - the direction will become clear, but it is further off than you had known it would be. Persuade and plan - your vision is coming into focus and your passion is fueling itself to fulfill it.

Six of Swords…
A change is taking place in your mind about how you choose to think about your direction. You may feel a bit cloudy today. Ambivalence is overtaking your whole existence. But, this feeling of murkiness is short-term, so don’t let a sense of gloom obstruct the true mission. In fact, it’s time for you to set your sails to journey into the mist. Magic lives in hazy environments and this vapor is exactly what you need to transition to a more enchanting realm. Let the fog surround you in a way that will make you even more aware of how and what needs to change so that you can achieve greater clarity and sense of purpose. Do not fear the confusion - embrace it, sift through it and understand what your mind needs most of all in order to find that magical land you seek. Stay the course, push yourself through the mist and you will soon find what you seek.

The Lovers…
Love is strange, isn’t it? When you first feel the spark for another, the light of the connection be so blinding it obscures what is truly there. Then, as the relationship advances, the darkness invites out all of the tiny oddities about each other that you just hadn’t noticed in the rush of your beating hearts. Is this a bad thing? I suppose sometimes it exposes behaviors that just cannot be tolerated, for some. But, if your commitment thrives in the dark, then all of the weirdness becomes endearing and you can’t imagine your life without the quirks. If you are partnered, think now on those eccentricities and be grateful for the many ways in which they warm your heart. If you are single, think now about the eccentricities you hope to share with another and note that you will understand the truth and strength of their love by how they perceive them. Love is weird and dark, but would you want it any other way?

The Six of Wands (Reversed) & The Page of Pentacles (Reversed)…
Two cards were pulled by accident today, but if you know me then you know I don’t believe in accidents - especially not when consulting the deck. Wednesday is offering us some tarot tough love (times two), but I think there is an important lesson being delivered today. So, something recently did not go your way, or perhaps you believe you didn’t receive the recognition you deserved for your hard work on a project that should have been celebrated? Enough with the pity party. You cannot childishly hide from the reality of the situation. True - it sucks, but it’s time to turn and confront it all. If you continue on the path of avoidance, you will entirely lose your footing in this circumstance, which is clearly of great importance to you. Shine a spotlight on your small failure. It will hurt for a second, but once you see the truth of what lives there the pain of it will dissipate. If you refuse to face it, it will stay with you and impede your grounding every step of the way as you sheepishly try to find your way out of it. Life is circular and you hold the power to spin yourself around, but you must be willing confront your disappointment, frustration and even humiliation head on. Then, dear friends, you will understand exactly what needs to be done about it.

The Six of Cups & Temperance…
A Two Card Tuesday Nighttime Lullaby: Let the even flow of your emotional heart rock you to sleep tonight. Feel the fierce protection of the universe blanketing you with balance and evenness of spirit as you wrap yourself in that cozy duvet. When you dream, dream of the fluffy exuberance of your lost youth. Feel it rise up around you like a garden of white roses. Breathe in the fragrance of openness and vulnerability. In this garden, there are no sorrowful or painful remembrances. Let your slumbering mind gently guide you into your past with nostalgic visions of your most treasured moments. Gleefully re-experience the joys and wonder of the world through the untainted lens of a smaller version of you. Which of these roses would you most like to pick to take back with you into your waking life? As you feel the slow rocking of your feelings call you back to your bed in the morning - you will find the idea of that precious flower still in hand. What will you do with this tiny glimmer of delight as you enter your day?!? Sweet dreams, my little ones!

The Moon - Reversed…
Is your life real or are you a dream that another is having of a hidden realm within? When you stare into a lake under the moon are you seeing yourself reflected back or is that a different version of self floating upon the surface in that misty light? How many ancestors still dwell inside of your spirit and how can you best honor their whispered messages when they enter your heart and mind? Your psyche may be asking some deep questions of you this evening. This anxiety is heightened, but not lasting, so breathe into it and see what or who is there. Uncomfortable and eerie moments of self-examination can be magic underneath the surface that longs to be realized. Perhaps the real question for you to answer tonight is what version of self do you keep concealed away that longs for attention? Perhaps if you welcome the other and warm to their haunting reflection, you can befriend the unknown and feel the enchantment of your own existence.

Knight of Pentacles…
Greet all of the things in your world today like they are completely foreign objects which you can explore and master. Things? Yes - anything tangible that you encounter or use on a daily basis - iPhone, computer, paper, pen, shoes, chairs -even people!! Treat those items like brand new toys. Let yourself be pointedly inquisitive about what you might be able to do with the material aspects in your immediate sphere and honor the use of them by handling them like unknown treasures from beyond. Let’s face it, the world around us is down-right alien in nature and we just blow through our days without even noticing the potential of what we have. So, go about your day like an extraterrestrial visitor to a fascinating planet and show reverence and express wild curiosity for what you encounter. You may find you are conquering your universe with an entirely different energy today!

Justice…
You don’t always have to lead with what you believe, but you can follow it. I know that might sound a little weak of spirit to you, but I assure you, it’s very much a strength. In this country especially, Justice is best fought for and won when community comes together in support of each other and makes their voices heard. If something doesn’t feel right or you know you must speak out to make a difference, but you aren’t entirely sure how, find someone who aligns with your belief, but is ready to lead the charge. Heck, seek out more than one person and then stand up and support the cause. Collaboration can be radical and community has a much louder voice when it comes to change. So, join forces to stand up and follow your beliefs.
“There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what they care about.” - Margaret J. Wheatley

The Ace of Pentacles (Reversed) into the Ten of Cups…
That opportunity you are mourning the loss of - the one you just couldn’t take on or the one that dissipated too quickly - was not the shiny dream you thought it was. In fact, the promise held out in front of you was corrupted and pretty rotten to the core. The path you didn’t take was a crisis averted. It would have led you in a direction of barrenness and ill feeling. Truthfully, the loss of this has allowed for a greater and more fulfilling future and a different level of achievement that will fill you with fierce confidence and ownership. So, don’t hold on to it. You are not in the darkness - you are exploring a different shade of inner light. Focus on the support of your tribe and welcome the open space and time - you will soon fill it with something wildly better.

The High Priestess…
I love a little High Priestess energy emerging on Monday! Expect a sign from the universe today as she works her magic. There is definite information from beyond that would like to felt, heard or seen, so make sure all senses are heightened as you move through the remainder of your day. Take the time to tune into the tiny details of the world around you, because she is often illusive in her messaging. In fact, the real message may appear in plain sight, but as a puzzle that needs solving. So, be perceptive and ready to decipher what comes your way and you will be rewarded! What you discover will be incredibly useful for you - it may be the information you have been waiting fo, so please do not dismiss it.Oh, I can’t wait to hear what comes through for you, my friends! Magic IS everywhere.

Three of Wands…
Seasonal transitions present so much magic for you to use! Now that the holidays have made Spring official, it’s time for you to tap into the energy of the flowers as they bud and allow yourself to open up to the expanse of what is possible. This week is your week to dream bigger, look further and begin to imagine what you might create in the months ahead. The earth is calling you to be explored and your heart is on fire with desire for openness and excitement, so let yourself prepare for more than what you think you can. Adventure awaits, but you have to believe you are deserving of such passion. As you start to notice the landscape around you morph and grow, it will seem incomprehensible to you, but as small as you are in relation to the world around you, you are also an integral part of it. It’s crying out to you and you must answer - but the how of it is totally up to you! Light that fire within and face boldly in the direction of the unknown.

The Moon…
The light of Thursday’s Full Moon will follow us into this Spring weekend. As we know the Full Moon can be incredibly powerful, but also quite disruptive. As we slowly move away from that incandescence this weekend, let’s be mindful of our own personal wellbeing. All the questions, ideas and darker thoughts that crawled up to the surface are not meant to be solved or fixed. Any kind of shame or icky feelings surrounding the more animalistic part of your nature should be embraced as valid, forgivable and useful. Any mood swings should be allowed. If you don’t feel like doing something, don’t do it. I you want to do something, but feel like you don’t have the time - make the time. Be compassionate with yourself, so you can balance the darker side of who you in the shadow of this waning Moon.

The Knight of Pentacles…
You seek adventure. But, as you are trotting out into the dusty frontier, it’s important to pause and reflect on your surroundings. Feel a bit of gratitude for the simplicity of your existence. You have what you need to advance - a heroic confidence, a stoic dedication, true grit and the open road. How you choose to use your strengths is up to you, but you have the strength within to accomplish what you need an want. A new direction is not a threat, it is a calling. The expanse of the countryside calling you toward honor, sacrifice and ownership. Ride yourself, without fear or expectation into the blazing sunset and appreciate every experience along the trail.

The High Priestess & The Wheel of Fate…
Feeling a bit lost on a Tuesday? I woke up with doubts and stress myself, but I decided I wanted to explore the disorientation and take a darker trip into the confusion. I pulled out my Dark Wood Tarot Deck (deliciously designed by my dear friend Sasha Graham) because I knew this very deep deck would hold a resonant message and it delivered. Here it is, my friends…Something you innately know or understand has the power to spin you and maybe a few others in a new direction. Even though you feel a dark fog surround you, the light within is creeping out with magic you have yet to use. Tap into the hidden library in your mind and spirit and explore the information you have kept stored on the darkest, dustiest shelves. Let this knowledge remind you that you have more power than you know. How can you use this rediscovered sense of self to spin the wheel in your favor? Yes, you will have to shake up the creatures that lurk all around you, but are they there to benefit your journey? If not, sent them flying as you spin your new energy with abandon. Feeling lost can bring you to the truth of who you are and what you already know will release you.

The Sun - Reversed…
Some say the Sun Card represents the individuality of self. When we think of sunlight rising, circling the earth and setting, you can see how we are all a reflection of of the light of its daily journey. Sometimes, things can be a bit cloudy and we can lose sight of what we truly have to offer as individuals - the magic glow of our own uniqueness can find itself concealed by the cold shade. But, just as the sun is always there - that part of self we feel disconnected from still burns underneath the surface. So, you see, it’s your choice - share the bright light of your individuality with positivity and optimism, or keep it hidden away when you are feeling the uncertainty of life. True, sometimes we have to self-protect. but today, this Monday, see if you can ditch the negative approach for a more optimistic and bright understanding of who you truly are.. That sunlight within is still there, you just need to believe it.

The King of Pentacles - Reversed…
We began our weekend with a push to indulge ourselves and NOT think about spending. However, this week we will emerge from this fog of heavenly self-pampering into the reality of financial planning. Ugh. I know - no fun and especially just in time for taxes. If you haven’t addressed your taxes yet, this is the week to get to work. But, while you are there, you might as well absorb the wider scope of the realities of your personal, financial security. This can sting a bit, but you must gain a greater understanding over your financial trajectory! So, take it all in and take it in stride just enough to make note of all of the changes you need to make to take control of your wealth. You may be thinking “What wealth?!?” I had that initial response to the messaging from this card, so the first question to ask yourself…what does wealth mean to you? (Pro tip - it doesn’t have to be all about the Benjamins). AND by defining what it is you truly want from the idea of financial security, how might you make the necessary changes to achieve it? Stop the whining - get to work. You hold far more power in this realm than you have yet to realize…

Three of Cups…
Drink up the feeling of spring and welcome the idea of gathering - it’s time to make some plans. As you look ahead to Spring and Summer, create a personal itinerary of the three events you can design and execute to connect with friends and loved ones! This is merely a start of what you are capable of - just three ambitiously delightful ideas that you can designate and begin to set in motion. You know how joyful it is to have events to look forward do and the more playful and creative you can be in your execution, the more cheer all around. So, what’s it going to be? A garden party, a girls weekend getaway? Oh, maybe a picnic gathering in a fancy park or a beach day? Perhaps you can even make one of your plans a fundraiser, to spread a little love? A boating trip? A visit in the country? Hiking, biking? Fancy roof-top bar? So many things you can plan. Get them on your calendar and begin to spread the word for those you would like to join in. Plant the seeds now for your Spring and Summer to blossom with togetherness…

Ten of Swords - Reversed…
Endings are difficult, but beautiful. When you can’t let go of the story in your mind that replays your understanding of how you find yourself in this final moment, the thoughts will pierce your whole experience and cloud your mind. Yes, it’s painful to say goodbye, but why would you want to rob yourself of the full palate of colors that are revealed in that farewell? Welcome this ending - turn your fact to it with openness and readiness. Just think of all of the sunsets that have stained your heart with magnificence. It’s time to approach this current conclusion with the same reverence and appreciation. Lose the rethinking of how you might have or could have done things differently. Enjoy the finality. Absorb it fully, so that you may remember every gorgeous hue. When you finally release yourself in this way, you will sigh in relief and smile as you wait for the dawn.

King of Cups & Queen of Cups - Reversed…
The ups and downs of managing your emotions can be both delightful and unpredictable. In order to find balance you will find yourself leading in different ways - sometimes that forcefully creative energy emerges and you squelch the real heartfelt feeling that you think might threaten your vision. In other circumstances, you allow the outpouring of empathy, compassion and emotional connection lead the way. Today, you may have felt a little tug of war within - unsure of what element of your feelings was meant to be in charge. On days like this, you may just have to take each wave as it comes. But, upon reflection, you should celebrate your elevated buoyancy as you drifted through some very ambiguous territory. Before going to sleep tonight thank all of the versions of you that set sail despite some truly murky feelings. Also, take a moment to forgive any part of yourself that holds guilt for feeling and reacting based on those feelings. Then, as you close your eyes, feel the gentle rocking of your own emotional ocean lull you to sleep. Sweet dreams!

The King of Wands - Reversed…
Happy Monday! Feeling frustrated already? I know you know how to fix something that the higher-ups have done a number on. Creativity and vision aren’t always executed well by people who are not willing to let go and collaborate. It’s incredibly unfortunate, but in this case, you will only drive yourself crazy if you try to step in and help. They will shoot you down or worse. They may steal whatever information you share and declare creative ownership of what you have to bring to the table. So, lay low - let it all unravel. They will soon come to you for what they need and then you will be able to set the terms and protect your own worth. Until then, you have better things to do with your time than insert yourself to save those who have too much of an ego to even recognize that they need saving. So, relax for now. It’s not worth all the drama….yet.
